I was super happy to see the Death Race return last week. Watching it on stream was a lot of fun. However, I think this YT edit is even better, especially with the cinematic camera angles!
Oh, what a day! What a lovely day! : D One thing I would suggest, though: have more varied kill points than just purely firepower. E.g.: a kill point in a narrow area with a barrage of only but constant smoke grenades and perhaps flashbangs, another kill point with only one or two BRDMs trying to ram players, another with gliders dropping all sorts of lethal grenades/explosives, and another one with jerrycan throwing/pouring maniacs and so on; just less guns and more obstacle variety. Also, have a couple of fresh new cars scattered out along the route so that players with broken/flipped vehicles can have a second chance after a little running. P.S. Maybe have more roads with starting lines that connects to the main route, like perhaps a intersection, so that the players in the furthest back have a better chance.
We need to put a pressure campaign on PUBG to make this game more fun and engaging. Everyone is already as good their going to be.. The skill gap is too high. I think it's mighty time for them to focus on stuff like this, which will actually bring in new players who won't quit after being killed back to back by the same old experienced players. This was very fun to watch!

THIiS WAS SUPERFUN TO WATCH! Just some small additions to improve. At the FINISHLINE you should set up two BRDMS in between which you need to pass. So you at least know what direction you need to go. Also along the track, you could put BRDMS blocking or directing vehicles. This is only in places where players could make a mistake. So when they see a BRDM they know they must turn where BRDM is facing. Maybe there are better ways to do this, this is just an example how the race could be improved. It was SUPERFUN! (Mel could of won, but he didn't know where is the finish line)
Suggestion for a custom game: 19th century line battle. Two factions, platoons of about ten to fifteen. Everybody gets a M24 and enough ammo. It's iron sights only and platoons have to STRICTLY move in double ranks and must try to shoot as a unit. (Maybe some people are even willing to play officers?)
@Pixle That's true, but the problem is that you can still aim the Kar/ Mosin pretty well over the ironsight. The fun of a 19th line battle would in part come from the fact that the weapons are hard to aim. coming to think of it, the AWM would be even better, since it doesn't have an ironsight at all.
Have a water race where everyone is on a jet ski. The death traps would be people firing down on them as they pass under bridges, armed people standing on the sides of the inland waterways, and there would be boats with armed people stationed around the map. Please like this comment if you agree.
I would love to see a death race with the new dirt bike and make the track go over heaps of hills and jumps so you can free cam them doing the tricks and stuff. plus have the track go down into the shelter so they have to ride up and down the stairs lol.
why is this mode not in the game itself, they need to make more fun modes like these to bring the game back to life.
I fear it would disbalance player allocation between modes

Mobile had some sort of demo derby with RPGs and M249s, but that was as close as pubg got to a deathrace

I think you should increase the racetrack length by making racers go to both bridges and round the military base and put campers in the bridges.
And under bridges, over large hills, ramps and underpasses too! That would be super cool.
Think about having a race like this in every classic match 😂.

it'd be nice to see some really tight driving. like a race inside of a city where you need to use your ebrake a lot and get around other obstacles.
