So beautiful. I never knew this information about Meissen. These are truly beautiful pieces. I am so very sorry your items were stolen during your move. This happens sometimes and it happened to me. I lost one box with an antique bowl that was my Grandmother’s. I still think about it. I believe those are English Roses on the first Coffee Pot. I love those roses and they are painted so perfectly. Thank you for sharing your collection.
Hi Sylvia 👋, they are so pretty. Both my mam and myself would love them. Omg so sorry to hear that your stuff was stolen. I love your history on stuff too. Very pretty.
I adore Meissen items , be it their porcelain dishes or dolls. Your collection is so beautiful and that's not a strong enough word to describe your collection. Thank you so much for sharing your stunning collection!
Very cool Sylvia! According to Wikipedia, Gilman Collamore was located at the Wilbraham at 5th and 30th street between 1890 and moved to a new location on 56th in 1920. So those pieces are at least 100 years old.
If this is a collection, I am a wholesaler (with over 100 pieces), and I´m not a Meissen collector. BTW: You can find the "pink" rose (the original name is Rote Rose = red rose) in Germany at auction for a fraction of the prices you mentionned.
