It's made by a company called "gardein" or there's one other company that makes it too... Comes in a red pack, but I'm drawing a blank and too lazy to walk out to my deep freezer (I apologize)... The label (of the other brand) says something to the effect of "beefy beef crumbles" and the main reason I'm bringing up the other brand is because it comes in a fiesta style (pre-seasoned) "flavor". Saute some onions, (green peppers optional- I use Rotel canned diced tomatoes with green chillies), add the "meatless" beef crumbles and saute another 3-5 mins, then add beans of your choice, etc. (My "secret" ingredient to thicken my chili is tomato paste). Sorry so long, but I pray this helps! 🤗🙏🏽
