@@ritosankhohalder9366 i attempted selling it to people who would care. it’s worthless. if it “deserved” to be restored then go get your own and restore it yourself. you’re clearly missing the point of this channel. these things are super common in thrift stores

I agree, I have one which didn’t oscillate when I first got it, turns out all it needed was a bit of oil and now it works like new! These vintage fans are great quality and they are rear performers. All it takes is 20 minutes to oil them and they will work for another 40 years.

@benp.5698 Yea, most of the time, that is what they need. Lubrication. My grandmother has the same fan, CG super deluxe, and I fixed the oscillation, with the best lubricant I could find at her house - coconut oil.
