I wanted to add about your build. If you use concentrated area dmg with Origin awakening on thorn explosion and pick up some more area of effect zodiac nodes, you will easily get overlap on it and dont have to use area of effect link rune. I dont have any awakening on my concentrated are dmg yet, but i have gone heavily into area effect and i have 354 explosion range.

One correction for you, you can only put star jewels on accessories, black is the highest on all armor and weapons.

Hey Mike, i recently returned to the game and continued my firestorm/thorn explosion build. Im making nice progress, 6,5b dummy dps in 2 weeks of fiddling. But i have a question, you said that you are crit capped and could remove seal of crit chance, but you are at 88% on 160 content. Is it not worth it to push it to 100%? Thats what I have done and with a lot of sacrifices, maybe i can tone it down and look towards maxi dmg stuff now.
well here is how i decided it was time to swap out seal of crit chance. to start i did a basic damage test between seal of crit chance and seal of condensed elements and i gained about half a billion dps by going with elements even with my crit chance being 88% at 160. now i know i have ways to gain that crit chance back to 100% so i felt like it was worth making the change now since anytime i gain crit chance from now on i will gain dps but before with the crit seal i had less ways to gain more dps. hope that makes sense.
On brilliant armor, the additional phys damage should help the thorn spike right? Since the damage starts as phys

question?. How can they craft a weapon range over 280+ . Over the limit?
Sadly I haven't done a build using weapon range so I can't really help with this.
sir, how did you get your damage into millions? im just new to this game.
lots and lots of things help me get my damage up. if you are new to the game understand that i have spent MANY hours working on this character to get his stuff so high and it takes time to get up there.
