For those curious, the extra dash through the middle of the "Z" is how I write my Z's :)
    It's **not** a special notation for Z-scores.

A highschool student that always scored A in statistics asked the lululemon store staff whether a particular pair of pants would fit her. Staff told her that an Average high-school student should fit in this.
The student got really upset left the store after letting the manager know that the staff called her Mean.

A little question here: Can I watch the video and NOT read the textbook? Watching is a lot easier than reading.

For this section, watching the video but not reading is probably reasonable. However, most of the section videos are briefer and less complete overviews than this one, so reading for those others would be strongly recommended.

Overall the video was good. However, if you can go into more difficult examples, that would be great. My class is currently using this book, and honestly, it's pretty confusing. You didn't explain how to find the upper tail. And one of the homework problems used the runners as examples, and that was very confusing as well. Bc the faster times are the lower percentiles, but that actually is upper percentiles. If you can go into more theory in these videos, that would be helpful. However, any video is much appreciated. Writing a book on Math is never easy.

Thanks for taking the time to send us this constructive feedback! We're in the process of refreshing the books (and starting to plan out new videos for 2019) and will take this into consideration.

Thank you! My midterm is tomorrow and i'm re-watching all these. Honestly, my professors isn't really teaching. This is an online class and he just posts the information and i guess expects us to learn it on our own. Don't know why i'm paying tuition when you guys are doing all the teaching :-) The hardest trouble we have is that sometimes the exercise questions in book seem much more complicated than what was explained in the chapter. Hence my comment above. Overall, the new videos are amazing and really helpful. Sticking in a couple complicated problems would be helpful. I did buy the book so at least I'm helping contribute :-) Again, Thank you so much for doing this!
