I don't understand VDM, because I'm a CG main and always see then crashing into cars all the time,so what's the difference.
There’s some sort of RP behind it where they give them a chance to pull over and give up, and they’re not just running people over that aren’t on in the vehicle after, still though I didn’t see anything there that would deserve a perma ban more like a slap on the wrist and continue on to me.
because that's either SBS or accidental or has some form of engagement/RP. Yuno just unprovoked was getting run over on purpose without any conversation.
There was no RP in this situation. Everytime Yuno stop to ask them what they were doing the driver was saying they were trying to get some fuel to which Yuno directed them to where the Gas Station was and they still proceeded to try and run him over with no rp. If they were trying to rob him then he would know how to rp the situation.

pitting a car is different than VDM. VDM is running someone over with your car to kill them. and pitting is when you put the front corner of your car into the rear corner of another car to make them spin out. it is clearly not the same thing.

he was seen doing VDM more than just yuno, and calling slurs to multiple women like gigi from manor. I think you're not in EU time because this wasn't a one time thing, he had a pattern of behaviours and was already being monitored. This one in particular just sealed the deal
