Chicken fillet- 500gm (cut into big pieces)
Marinade in
Chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste- 2 teaspoon
Yoghurt or milk - 2 tablespoons
Salt
Pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
For coating
Egg
Bread crumbs (mix 2 tablespoons flour)
Mushroom sauce:
Flour- 1 tablespoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup
Fried mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
In saucer pan
Add butter and flour
Once flour starts to change colour
On low heat
Add milk slowly and mix well
Add cream and mushrooms 🍄
Adjust salt, pepper
