As an old bloke of 71, I have to say that the more I see of this guy the more I think he's a genius (bit of Hi Ren there) and his talent is out of this world, whether it's his writing, singing,, rapping, guitar, bass, beatboxing ........... it just goes on. Just love him. Well done my son.

Those kids on the front row are so sweet, took me by surprise seeing them screaming Screech's parts 😂 and they were so happy at the end when Ren shook their hands!! Warmed my heart and such a good performance!
In 50 years time when all the music and art critics waffle on about how wonderful Ren is/was they will be able to boast to those younger than them the night they saw the Tale of Jenny and Screech at a free gig. Lucky kids.
I loved it and I'm disabled up on the bins because I'm short and can't see else. A lovely couple helped me up and down after the gig because they were really nice to help me. Xx

That line shows Ren’s genius because he can take a subject so complex and so huge, so beyond comprehension and distill it into that one line.
He deserves recognition and other more well known artists should take note of his talent. He is leaps and bounds ahead of contemporary music right now,and that’s why I think older people like me enjoy him so much, he is a breath of fresh air in a stale room. The thing i think I can compare him to is Pink Floyd’s The Wall, a band with the amazing guitar player David Gilmour, and their storytelling.

I had my second heart attack on Saturday and have been in hospital since, I found out about you yesterday with Hi Ren, and the full version of this. I have been making music for 25 years and Hi Ren resonates strongly with me. I think you are the most talented story teller I have ever seen. If you turn around in the front row on the left there is a little kid who is so in tune and knows lyrics..mini fan..although the lyrics are a bit too heavy for such a small kid but the experience of live performance of Ren will forever stay in his memory for sure. He is so cute ❤

I watched this with a VR headset, and it was like being teleported from my home in New Mexico to an actual Ren busking in London or Brighton or wherever this was filmed. Pretty amazing. Seeing it "in person" ramped up the energy even more. 🤠

I love this idea of 360 videos, first time I've seen it but it made the experience so much more magical, im someone who struggles to travel to concerts and performances due to health issues and budget so being able to watch this made me feel like I was right there in the crowd and that's just so incredible to me. What a lovely performance ❤
MY third time watching and did not realize this was in 360! Holy crap, I was totally mad the camera did not show Ren's face! What an amazing artist. Watching Ren sing anything makes me either smile or cry--there is no in-between.

The support there in Brighton is phenomenal. Not that the locals haven't worked for it - especially Ren, but it's still pretty magical. Ren makes me think of a reincarnated Ian Anderson, you know, if he weren't still alive but when the record industry is already dead like it is now. Such insane talent.

I'm here once again. I can watch this live over & over. To watch how far you've come astounds me. I said it before & I'll say it again. "I'm so PROUD of you." You're what this world needs at this time & place. You still remain so humble. I figured out what the start reminds me of is how old movies used to have these music sound tracks that filled space but wasn't very high quality.

Throughout recent history, when an artist has the perspective of humanity past their years, not only is it recognised as wisdom by those further down the path of life than them, but often, not consistently, but often it is born from extreme pain. I've just learnt a bit about the Ren guy and F&%K me has he come from pain and F%$K me is this recent work incredible... And this perspective of yin and yang, light and dark, good and evil - many finish the walk of life having never understood this...
