As a developer, the Obsidian series has checked every box for me. It's a good screen block for nearby server room noise and conversations. All the Soundfields have a calming atmosphere, perfect for concentration. And there are no spikes in dynamics that might interrupt your train of thought. I've deleted over half my ambient playlist in favor of these.

Worldbuilding through soundscapes is such a neat thing! The bit of info at the beginning sets the scene for where the mind will wander as the music takes over. While the visuals lend the moody atmosphere of dystopian futures that seem nearly there over the horizon.

Best study mix ever. I feel like I'm sitting in some empty, modern Tron-esque building sifting through data from a long forgotten civilization. Only a few of us are left. We drift through different metaphysical spaces, attaining new perspectives each time. The more we learn, the more obscure this somewhat familiar world becomes more foreign and opaque. What's left behind is only a glimpse into what could be. Normally the past is fixed and the future has yet to be written, but for these soundscapes, it is the opposite. The future has ended. There is no more progression. The line ends. The quill is down. No more. But, what about before? That's still being written.
These are fantastic, blocks out all the noise at work so on my breaks I can fully concentrate on reading and get fully lost in my books. Thank you!
