I remember back in 2008 Avantasia going live was a huge deal, and in my opinion that year's lineup is still the best. Each singer was different bringing a unique sound to the band. Now seeing this 15 years later I feel like they over stayed their welcome a bit. I don't want to be too critical because I still love their music, memories and emotions it brought but projects like these loose their magic if they continue for too long. As people leaving the band got replaced by more generic variants whole thing became sort of cover of itself.
