@@Butteredthanatoast what I use varies. Look for 1.5mm (in Germany we call it saw-veneer) that's something I find often. The thickest one I ever bought were 4mm walnut boards.
Great job, thank you for putting all the work into designing these tools. I've printed & used v1 & v2 of your tools and they work great. One question, can you put a link to the cutting tools & tips you ordered from Aliexpress please?
Can you explain what the minimal parts to print would be for a size 7.5 ring? Also, do you know the size of the screws you used to hold the arms? Thanks for this great resource!
I haven't had issues with the center being off too far yet. I don't see a simple solution for implementing such a function. When using sandpaper it's irrelevant but when cutting it's definitely needed to fix the spreading tool on both sides.
I to am struggling to find mandrel for my mini lathe here in the UK do you sell the plane for the 3d printer or where can I get one from
@@DazzaYanited the files are in the description for free if you mean that?
hi what is the screw size for the ring holder arms?
What sorts of veneers do you use? Your wood looks thicker than most of the veneers I can find online.
