Khan is a barber possessed by a jackass of a sword named Anubis, that has perfect memory of every technique it has ever witnessed, which confers swordsmanship and the ability to counter said techniques flawlessly to its wielder. He was only beaten with things he hadn't seen before...which included the main character letting himself be stabbed to be in a position to physically break the sword. And in this game...his best character incarnation, Chaka, is mid-tier at best. The power dynamics in Jojo Heritage are wild.

Jotaro letting himself get stabbed to stop Anubis was probably one of the highlights of that little arc. And in this game, the countering thing I mentioned is implemented on all three characters Anubis is represented by in this game. You successfully land the counter on an opponent's normal, that normal gets auto countered on block for the rest of the fight. It's a neat trick if you use it at the right time.
