Here's a new Huppermage Guide! A lot of people asked me about my build so I decided to make a video about it. Leave a comment if you have any questions or PM me in game (ign: Gargoyle).
Huppermage is in a really weird spot with almost no good actives and alot of bad passives, but you really managed to make the best out of it. Thanks for the guide!
My favourite heart is the "Air". I like to play this class with a succession of Big Burst, Small Burst turns. It's less mobility but it's high AOE and Single Target DPS while having a big DPT uptime. Air rune makes regen QB so much faster than any other heart it's so great ! I also completly agree about Runic Transcendence. It's my favourite passive by far ! However it's the first time I'm seeing the tech with Earth Skill, Profit and Quadramental Abosrbtion + Universality. Those are among the french playerbase the worst skills and passives period. I'm very glad to see a new way to build an Huppermage and I'll this out and make some experimentation. Thank you for the idea ! For the support build I love using the willow placement passive to create some cool AOE for me and my team. It can also move you or your allies in a better position as you can pull and push for 2 squares.

Hi buddy, i love ur video as a french player ! I found a quite good interraction between "elemental combination" and "runic save". Your whisp can generate 45 abundance and 4AP just by pickin it up. Then u can do a huge turn with 2 light skills at 60 abundance in one turn. I managed to use Runification to make (imo) the best turn on Huppermage
Im interested in what other sublimations you recommend. What's your opinion on Abandon for example? Also, do you think Raw Power can be viable? (probably using different boots otherwise it's 0 QB hahha)
I think Abandon could be fine. Raw Power is OK but every QB consumption counts as 1 WP use for Raw Power, (so you're always getting the minimum bonus out of it). You could combine those two sublimations together and get decent DI, but if I really wanted more DI I would just throw on 1 more Neutrality (and I barely have the space for that right now haha)
You really are the best hyper mage I have ever seen, but I am curious why at low level between 80 and 190 you don't recommend using abundance? I see that you don't use it much and that makes me curious.
hey barinade between huppermage and rogue which one would you recommend me to start in the ogrest server?(usefull in dungeos, rifts... ) how good they are at all levels etc.
Hey, I have another question: I see you have 88% resists. Even by using neutrality and slotting mostly only resistances in my gear slots, I cannot get close to that (I'm sitting at 80-81%). I guess that's probably more important in PvP but I'm still confused as to why I'm so far away from your res numbers. Are you using gear specifically for boosting resistance? Carapace subli? If you don't mind sharing that, I would be glad
Is there any way to change the runes in the skill descriptions to the element symbols rather than colors? im a bit color blind so sometimes I have trouble with the runes
Unfortunately Wakfu doesn't have a color blind mode or anything. They each have their own unique shape though, (although Water and Earth rune shapes are kind of similar), and they always appear in the same spot above your head.
I mean for a skill like dimensional butterflies where it shows what runes do what it doesnt show the icons/shapes on the skill descriptions just the colors
Depends on your level but if you're at lower level you might want to just focus on leveling up. If you're near end-game, the Shushu Rifts and Osamosa and Zinit rift are all pretty good money if you drop the sublimations/epics they can drop. Another way is to team up with friends and bring Thirster Scalps to certain dungeons in Moon or Xelor Realm, and you can possibly drop some valuable sublimations like Slow Influence III or Visibility II, etc. Oh and make sure you use Loot Potions and Prospecting Food like Fear Fizz or Ice-cream cone.
I have a question, I'm still in low-mid levels around the 80's and I was wondering if is best to go full elemental mastery always or at first go distance mastery to do more dmg from range and then reset later or... what do you recommend? thank you!
Around that level you should go either Elemental + Range or Elemental + Melee (if you like the melee playstyle). I make the switch to full elemental around 155/170 or if I can afford Unraveling I can probably make the switch a bit sooner. Try to get your 110 asap it's a huge powerspike for Huppermage. The core build is 4 pieces Riktus (any element) + Bludring + Gelano. At level 125 you can keep your Riktus + Ring Setup (Epic/Relic Setup I keep until I have better setup after level 200 so it's well worth the investment early) and make small upgrade for better resistance. I'd say Weapon, Neck and Cloak are the best upgrades you can make at 125. If it's well enchanted (which isn't costly at that level) you can keep this gear until you are 155/170 and go for a full elemental switch. At level 110, try to get at least 50% res and 60% at level 125 (especialy air resistance). At level 155/170 try to get at least 70% res and 75% res at level 200. Those breakpoint are really the minimum imo. Hope it helped you and maybe other Huppermage.

really good guide , can i ask tho how do you have 60 force of will , passif gives 20 and 20 from stats , where did you get the other 20?

When in Water Heart, do I have to alternate the light spells with water spells or it works with any elemental spell?
It can be any elemental spells!
