- Today we visited my sister Serene at the hospital. At the moment she's battling and beating cancer, serene is the strongest woman I know and also my favorite sister. 😜 She get's to come home very soon and I can't wait to start annoying her everyday 😂❤️

This is what I love about Kareem's family...They hang out with each other and spend a lot of time altogether and all of his siblings are like a close friend to him.
