Well, it wasn't really an anime on its own. These clips were from two different parts of the movie Halo Legends. So you would have to find the movie to find these parts. They were from the "Prototype" and "Homecoming" sections. But the whole movie was really good. I would suggest watching the whole thing.
Daisy’s story is a good reason why Catherine Halsey is a monster, she kidnapped dozens or probably hundreds of kids to use a soldiers for illegal experimentation and augmentation. They were probably Earth’s best soldiers, but it was ungodly, and disgusting to turn them into soldiers like that
