There’s nothing wrong with eating spicy foods. You may get indigestion but you will not harm baby.
My nausea has been so strong especially in the mornings for some reason, I have such a loss of appetite it’s to the point I don’t want to eat anything 🤦♀️
Same! I found that eating my favorite fruits frozen in the morning really help with nausea and helps open up my stomach for food.
