Cool project! But wondering why you didn't raise the axle much higher so the bike wasn't so tall? Still would have a lot of ground clearance for snow. 🤔

BWX that's a good question, and I see your point! My idea was to make this bike to run on snow and to float on water as well, and I dont know how much will it submerge in water, so I kept it a bit higher to keep the engine and the future cvt torque converter dry. But just for snow, that would be a good idea to bring the axle up a bit.👍😊

I see longer forks may be needed. Maybe one you could mount another tube wheel.

Michael Bruce you're right, I was thinking about making custom longer and wider forks to fit tube wheel up front!
