- Three Sega Kings - Serge Lebrasse, Jean Claude Gaspard and Roger Clency from Mauritius sharing the same stage in Sydney at St. Mary's Band Club. 19th Nov 2011.
A night we will all remember, "TAMTAM NOSTALZI" a unique and emotional sega show performed by three mauritian Legends of the 50's and 60's exhibiting feelings of nostalgia in a Sydney club, not far from where another Sega Guru - France Jemon resides.
The show has been rated as being the best oversea's sega performance in Sydney.

What a brilliant performance 🙌 Such great energy ❤️ I had the privilege of dancing together with the legendary Serge Lebrasse as he sang his hit Ale Baba, when I was on holiday in Mauritius in 1971. I still have his autographed records 😀

Quel souvenir avec ces 3 segatiers de Maurice ça me ramène à mon enfance et adolescence à Maurice car j'ai quitté l'île à 22ans quel ambiance admiration pour Serge Lebrasse quel pêche l'énergie qu'il dégage pour son âge on dirait un jeune homme bravo il est né 1930 comme mon père j'en reviens pas moi qui l'a connue ses segas toute petite ,j'ai 59 ans Bravo monsieur Lebrasse pour tant de joie une mauricienne de France
Totally agreed. A great souvenir of a 'down to earth' live show with a smooth backing band. Wouldn't it have been awesome if Roger Augustin and Francis Salomon were still around, watching them share the same platform with these three Tenors? Together with retired Sydney based France Jemon, they would have undoubtedly been described as being the - SIX GENUINE PIONEERS OF SEGA - since P'TIT FRERE.

An amazing performance by legends of the Sega, accompanied by a passionate band, great sound engineering and backed by lively dancers. For those who were lucky enough to have shared in this moment I’m sure it won’t be forgotten and now captured in a great montage by Guyjo, it can be a memorable night for all.

Jacques Gentil They did perform in Melbourne before coming to Sydney. The Melbourne show was presented by Sego Lebrasse & Eddy Heerah.

Ils sont doppés au Red Bull les papis MDR !! Quelle pêche pardis !! Bien dommage que ce ne soit pas du séga traditionnel, car le son de la ravanne est irrémplaçable et inégalable. A mon gout Le Roger Clency donne TROP dans la vulgarité .... pas top :((
