NCST makes Elite 8….. to once again play Houston as they did on their run in 1983. Only this Time Houston knocks them out and the run ends in the Elite 8, but DJ Burns / Morsell / DJ Horne / And Michael Oconnel’s shot will live forever in Wolfpack history. We love you guys, very proud of you, and Go Pack! Thanks for the memories this past week, we will never forget the 2024 team!
@@DivineTidepodas well as Ohio State and playing down to Minnesota.. at home. This team does not inspire confidence, but they'll probably win it all because I said that
Purdue didn't lose early in 2021, they made the Sweet 16. It was St. Peter's year. Also, remember that one year earlier they missed the Final Four by an amazing buzzer beater for eventual champ Virginia.
Arizona, Tennessee, and Purdue will always find a way to choke in the tournament. They can’t ever be trusted until they actually break through to a Final Four. If Houston doesn’t make it to one this year, they’re about to be part of that group as well.
@@FisherGFX I picked Creighton but I think the Midwest region is not only the weakest in the field but quite possibly the weakest region in quite a while.
Baylor fan here, I don’t think people know what an actual atrocious defense is. Last year’s Baylor team was an atrocious defense, there were games we just couldn’t win because that team was impossible to make adjustments with. We’ve only been out of one game starting in conference games. Sure this defense isn’t great, but anybody who have watched our games know that we’ve been able to make great adjustments that have kept us in all but one game within conference (ISU neutral), and it wasn’t because of the offense carrying, but because of the key defensive stops we made. I wouldn’t even say this team has a consistent problem every night, but more-so there’s a problem consistently every night. Again, sure our defense isn’t great, but I could rely on this team to make good defensive adjustments, I couldn’t with last year’s team. That both has to do with the team and ESPECIALLY coaching. People haven’t trusted Baylor’s ability to make adjustments and it shows they haven’t really analyzed our games.
I can definitely say, this Purdue team definitely does not inspire confidence. They lost to Ohio State, played down to Minnesota at home, and struggled in much of their games. Oh and lost to Wisconsin away from Kohl Center. Idk, man
This year tournament should be easier to predict. there is only a handful of teams I think can beat UConn (North Carolina, Auburn, and Maybe Houston). UConn has the toughest bracket but they should make it to the final four without much resistance
If they play like they finished the season New Mexico will be a hard out. Bet SDSU in the tournament final by 7 without their starting point guard. Thanks for the mention.
90% of the time, teams ranked out of the top 75 in defense that are seeded 1-6 don't make it to the sweet sixteen. 3 seed Kentucky (123rd) in defense 3 seed Illinois (97th) in defense 3 seed Baylor(78th) defense 4 seed Alabama(121st) defense

Traditional pre-tourney video. Thanks for making these!
great video thanks

I won my brackets last year picking UCONN because of THIS MAN’s ANALYSIS. Thank you Cole
Thank you for your analysis.
Finally Dayton is on this video. We only waited 7 years
I can definitely say, this Purdue team definitely does not inspire confidence. They lost to Ohio State, played down to Minnesota at home, and struggled in much of their games. Oh and lost to Wisconsin away from Kohl Center. Idk, man

the goat cole adams is back 🔒 locked in march
I respect the amount of effort put into this when most of these teams are out after 2 games 😂
This year tournament should be easier to predict.
there is only a handful of teams I think can beat UConn (North Carolina, Auburn, and Maybe Houston).
UConn has the toughest bracket but they should make it to the final four without much resistance
favourite video of the year!
#lockedinmarch I’ll be on look out !
Watching again cause it’s so gas
If they play like they finished the season New Mexico will be a hard out. Bet SDSU in the tournament final by 7 without their starting point guard. Thanks for the mention.
Cole is the man Fr
90% of the time, teams ranked out of the top 75 in defense that are seeded 1-6 don't make it to the sweet sixteen.
3 seed Kentucky (123rd) in defense
3 seed Illinois (97th) in defense
3 seed Baylor(78th) defense
4 seed Alabama(121st) defense
100% of those games so far have been the best basketball I have ever watched
great vid
Look forward to this every year
