I think this is actually a problem, I started playing like a month ago, ever since I played cookie run daily. The rates are so good for other people but i've been really unlucky. My friend who pulled about 500 times in total got pure vanilla and seafairy. My other friend with about 500 pulls aswell got 3 Hollyberry. My sister who pulled about 80 times got seafairy, 3 of her friends who are just starting out also got seafairy and even frost queen. Meanwhile I already pulled 970 times, almost 1k and I never got a single legendary nor a ancient and it really frustrates me. I was hoping it that the gacha system would satisfy me when I was starting out cuz they said the rates are better than genshin but personally, i've gotten more stuffs in genshin than in cookie run. Right now im still suffering trying to get soulstones from areana and trading port, I hope this gets addressed cuz I really pity myself from all this badluck. Games are supposed to be fun but it doesn't seem like it anymore.

The legendary gacha Is absolutely painful especially if you're a f2p with no luck : ^( I've only done three ten pulls on there and haven't even gotten a rare on any of them- And the fact that I don't have any ancients/legendaries too, like I'm two soulstones from getting Sea Fairy and Pure Vanilla ONLY because I've been buying them from the medal shop and Trade Harbor, while Hollyberry on whose banner I did all pulls I was able to is even more far away😭

I can sorta agree this, two months that I’ve been playing this game, 963 pulls and got PV, HB and once i updated the game i pulled twice and got two Frost Queen Cookie.. I’m also f2p so i was crying about it xD i was really happy, but the pulls are broken in the game.
Feel like it's better just to do the featured gem banner for trying to pull frost queen. I did 15k gems on the featured, 2 starred cotton (only a few soulstones short of 3 star) and pulled a frost queen. Frost queen dedicated gacha I've gotten nothing so far from the same amount of pulls
I luckily got her in 42 pulls using only 60 from my wallet and doing a few missions. I never got her soulstone tho so I guess the gacha "pities" me ahahahah. I also got a lot of vampire cookies and finally fig cookie too! And I got hollyberry soulstones so I need 6 mofe to unlock her yay!!

Honestly i've been slowly wanting to drop the game for this reason-my account is somehow cursed. My friends literally got her in their 1st 10. Im at rank 40 now, gearing towards late game and i dont have a single ancient or legendary. Im about to unlock SF 6 days from now but the grind has been so tough. Ive calculated all the frostflakes ill be able to grind for her gacha and thought maybe it isnt so bad (assuming its feasible to complete everything in 30+ days) but then seeing this scares me a lot because i dont think i'll get her despite the effort. Might suffer the same fate as you, and i'm doing worst cus im F2P :(
Tbh ive never gotten a single legendary in their banners, I manage to get copies of Sea Fairy off banner and even in standard so when Frost Queen came out I knew I had to pull in Cotton's banner and not her banner. I consider their actual banners like Standard cuz the rates there are worse than the usual ones. Of course it will be different for everyone but I would suggest if you're going for the legendaries/ancient I think you'd have better chances off banner than in their limited ones 💔 I've been trying to get just a single copy of Frost Queen so far to no avail, after watching this vid I think I might need to give up on it 😔 I'll just try to get her in harbor 💔
I had 600 frost crystals so did singles while skipping right away, the first pull I got vamps the next I got pv soulstones and the next nothing but then my next pull was another vamps and then more trash and the last pull was another vamps

dude i feel bad now for getting frost queen on the first pull cotton gacha and getting her a second time twenty pulls into the legendary gacha
Tbh ive never gotten a single legendary in their banners, I manage to get copies of Sea Fairy off banner and even in standard so when Frost Queen came out I knew I had to pull in Cotton's banner and not her banner. I consider their actual banners like Standard cuz the rates there are worse than the usual ones.
Of course it will be different for everyone but I would suggest if you're going for the legendaries/ancient I think you'd have better chances off banner than in their limited ones 💔
I've been trying to get just a single copy of Frost Queen so far to no avail, after watching this vid I think I might need to give up on it 😔 I'll just try to get her in harbor 💔

I had 600 frost crystals so did singles while skipping right away, the first pull I got vamps the next I got pv soulstones and the next nothing but then my next pull was another vamps and then more trash and the last pull was another vamps
I'm pretty sure you cant get pv soulstones from frost gacha..

3. This is just practically impossible. Getting Vampire three times in the same gachas? On legendary gacha? Nope.
Lying isn’t a great thing to do online, people will probably figure it out anyways. Plus, it’s just bad to lie in general. If you can explain these somehow then that’s okay, but I’m 99.9% sure you’re lying here.
