- The chinese Dragon head is a TEMPORARY head made for this event. He is NOT a replacement for Bass. Chinese dragon dude will be sold! Look out for that if you are interested. :)
--Do not assume you can attend these events if you have a costume. We are hired to attend here. The organisers know who we are and why we are there. Always ask for permission and make sure it is safe for all involved.-
QNA:
Q: Who made the suits?
A: I made all of these however I only own the body to the yellow one. The Others are commissioned by friends and the chinese dragon head is made for selling on.
Q: Where is Bass's head?
A: It hasn't gone anywhere. I make a new child friendly carnival head every year and then sell it off later.
Q: Why are you on stage and at a carnival?
A: Every year I am invited back to perform at the carnival. I bring along some friends too, for extra costumes. It's mostly for fun but it is paid work.

One of the biggest reasons I want to get a fursuit is for this. Just being able to go out and make people smile and laugh and add life to a fun event. My town has a few carnivals every year and there was a group of fursuiters that went consistently every year for about 5 years, then about two years ago they stopped. I know it wasn't because of any rules changing about "mascots," because there's still the town animal/mascot (a chicken) that goes to them all (i know it's not a fursuit because it looks like one of those cheap Walmart animal heads you can buy for like $15, and not something professionally made).
Watching videos like this is a huge inspiration and, especially in times like this, make me look forward to the future and being able to do stuff like this.
that's why i love this fandom, bringing joy with fursuits everywhere!!
