In Brazil, carrot cakes are covered with a icing made with chocolate. We call this brigadeiro. It's so taste and everybody loves it! Congrats for the idea in this video. Super fun!

To me one of the most tasty desserts is Panna Cotta (literally cooked cream). It's a Italian dessert. From the appearance it looks similiar to the Swedish cream in my opinion, so I probably had tried this one. Thanks for this fun video Dan&Vanessa. Good to see that you both are good.
