Our bodies are finally adapting to the new earths vibrations. I am very grateful as been waiting for decades for these upgrades. Its hasn't been easy for us older generations but we can make it.. Meditation does help with deep breathing and a walk into nature.
The tree's & earth( beg last Spring,) I realized we were breathing rhythmically together as one. It's all about love for that is & all there ever was.✨️💚✨️😊

It explains the stages I have been through and now going through and why others around me including my family in the 'past' seemed hopeless to connect with and many others. Also why cannot get very far when pointing things out to people that could assist them as they are in a cyclical miasm of inner child & emotional self revolvement with no parent to teach them. I noticed awhile back a week ago I'd say ..I was in front of the bathroom mirror putting in my makeup .and all of a sudden below my left eye i saw a prism of rainbow colors ..like it was awesome😊.. i knew it was my body change. Light🕯️🕊️✍️🙏

I have to be so careful about what I eat now. It’s incredible 😮if it’s not fresh and high vibe food my body rejects it almost immediately.
