@@iamhungey12345 Fair, but there have been 3 teams to do it in the division era and 2 in wild card era. So, yeah maybe not every team that's won 3 titles in 5 years is a true dynasty but we haven't seen anyone come close to repeating it since the addition of the second wild card without cheating since! Not to mention when I think Giants dynasty what comes to mind is their pitching staff and how dominant they were in the postseason.

Still hurts all these years later. I love the Tigers, but it’s still inexcusable to me that we not only lost this series; we didn’t win a game. The Tigers had an impossibly good pitching staff and a lineup that lived and died with the long ball. It’s a tragedy that they didn’t get one, but hats off to the Giants. They were great too and selfishly it sucked to see them overlap.

Go over the ball hitting the bag, Verlander getting frustrated by a real strike zone, Verlander laughing at the pitching coach visit "what are you doing here? you're firing up the crowd", and of course the Zito RBI single after McCarver calls it the most mismatched at-bat.

2012 was supposedly the year he finally earned his contract. Zito was purposely left off the 2010 postseason roster. His 2010 stats? ERA 4.15, 20 HR given up, WHIP 1.34. 2012 stats: ERA 4.15, 20 HR given up, WHIP 1.39. So almost exactly the same. But Zito's run support in 2010 was 3.55, 12th worst in the league. In 2012, it was 4.69. He wasn't better in 2012, he only seemed better because the offense was better. That made all the difference between his record of 9-14 and 15-8 in those years. I guess W/L records really do matter for pitchers.

The reason his slider is so nasty is cause there's no red dot. Every other slider has it and everybody looks for it for the slider. But Romo's doesnt have that tell, it looks the exact dame as his 2 seamer. Thats why everyone looks silly

Thats the difference between knowing and not knowing what pitch is coming!! Imagine if Cabrera knew which pitch was coming when he struck out?? If he knew then that pitch is in the bleachers and ties up the game!! Smh ManFRAUD not taking away the Astros’ ‘Ship is pathetic!!

Giants are my Team!!!! From birth! EVERYONE counted the Giants out!!! Then the Panda blasted 3 HRS in one game in his first 3 at bats! 2 against Verlander! And the best part of game 4 is Romo freezing up the Triple Crown winner Miguel Cabrera with a strike right down the middle!!!
Fielder ruined his career with this series!
Also a cool lil note: Omar Infante faced the Giants in the 2010 postseason on the Braves then the 2012 WS w/ the Tigers then he was on the Royals in 2014. Pretty cool coincidence.
Scutaro (NLCS MVP/ his only WS as well) and Pence were beast acquisitions for the G-Men!!!

Romo's plant knee sometimes buckles on him, which is why he limped a bit against the first batter. Romo should be everybody's favorite relief pitcher: www.mercurynews.com/2014/09/26/giants-sergio-romo-inspired-a-teen-girl-to-keep-fighting/
