What have you been reading lately?!
I’ve been reading Addicted after all from the Calloway series and new moon from the twilight series. When I first started reading powerless it was so slow in the beginning and I would take many breaks too but once I got to 50% I couldn’t put the book down and ended up loving it to the end. I cannot wait for reckless.
I definitely felt like Powerless got better after the halfway mark like you said! I am excited for Reckless. Loveeee Kai. I’ll have to put the Calloway series of my list, and I love Twilight! Thank you so much for watching 💛
Powerless has been on my want to read list but I have heard mixed feelings on it. I’m really looking forward to hear what you think! I’ve been reading murder road and the husbands 🙂 enjoying both of them so far. Oh and I have a buddy read with the reappearance of Rachael Price
I just finished it today… so that vlog will be up soon-ish! It was interesting for sure. Now I’m moving onto those ARC’s and some Freida!!!! Both of those sound amazing, I’m adding to my TBR! Keep me updated on if you like them! 😍

I'm in the same camp with Powerless, but do plan to continue with Reckless to see what happens. I'm currently in the middle of Not In Love and The Rule Book and enjoying both.
I just finished Powerless and it’s so weird how it was up and down for me. I guess we’ll see with Reckless! I can’t wait to read Not In Love!!!!
I started reading Swan Song by Robert McCammon and it’s good but it’s sooooo long. Really reminds me of Stephen King’s writing

Great review on Powerless. I was robbed because the author copied The Hunger Games. The names of the characters are so similar, and the welcome address is even a copy.
I kept reading because I wasn’t expecting it to be so similar with the description, etc…. And I thought the similarities would end. I just finished it and vlogged it today so it’ll be up soon-ish… it didn’t blow me away like I thought it would! I think it just wasn’t for me!

Whenever I am in a reading slump my go to is Freida McFadden, her books are so fast paced and while they aren't mind blowing I LOVE them.
For me if I have to keep coming back to a book I just stop reading it. I will look at it in a month or so and then decide if I want to invest the time.
Currently I am stressing because I have 2 physical books, 1 audiobook and 2 Netgalley books I am reading.. once again I have overwhelmed myself lol .
Thank you!!! I enter soooo many giveaways on there, so sometimes I win one like once a year or so? This one was definitely an interesting read! It made me want to find more nonfiction. I LOVE Freida as well, and I’m planning on reading one of hers next since I just finished Powerless (FINALLY) last night. I had to finish to see if it got any better/what people were talking about. I have also overcommitted with all of my ARC’s, lol!

I have to get my ARc situation under control first , in the meantime, I’m kind of disappointed in myself because I have a whole stack of books to read just for the summer. I am a mood and seasonal reader. I can’t read about the winter when it’s 90° outside. So I made a place on my bookcase for all my summary read and now I’m behind. Ugh! The struggle is real ..

I started the McGown Mafia series, but I’m definitely going to start the Phantom by Greer Rivers as soon as I’m done with the first… And I’m so excited!

@@SummerSayre the phantom is a retelling of the phantom of the opera lol but I love that it’s apart of the tattered series and each book is a stand alone, so u don’t have to commit. But obviously I’m gonna read all three. 😂
