If the answer is No? And I mean this sincerely. You have to stop and help yourself. With 100% certainty I can tell you your life will be worse without being able to live for a week without your smart phone features and not blink. Its a tool or toy and should be used as such.

I found this video concept really interesting because I hardly ever use my phone (unless someone calls or texts me). I was born in ‘82 so I grew up without any sort of computer technology. Internet wasn’t at all widespread until I was a high school senior and even then, we hardly used it. To me, constantly being on a cell phone is a completely foreign concept but that’s only because I belong to an older generation who wasn’t raised on mobile phones or internet tech. I understand why younger people do it, but I wish it wasn’t like that. I feel like the younger generation is missing out on LIFE because they always seem to be glued to screens. No hate, it’s just my personal observation and opinion.
Honestly yes. I completely agree. I grew up in the 2000’s and at that time in my family and in my opinion we didn’t have a lot of technology. The only thing we had at the time was a stereo or tv to play old games with. I grew up outside so I had baby blonde hair from the sun. And the only thing we got from tv was from sprout at night to calm me and my cousins down. My mom didn’t get a phone till she was 30 years old. I didn’t get phone till I was in middle school/highschool. Honestly the age difference says a lot with in it self. But even I don’t personally get on my phone unless someone texts or calls or I’m watching my favorite TH-camrs. I grew up at my grandparents house so the best they had was their house phones and a pool with the great outdoors.

We stay without our phone once a week for 24 hours because I'm Jewish (and when u actually do it and your whole circle is doing it, it's amazing!!!) sometimes it can be hard

Love this video you did and love that you spend the day without your phone so you wouldn’t get distracted by it even though sometimes you would kinda have to answer text from like your boyfriend or your brother or manager like you said but other than that you tried not to be on it and not to try and go on anything on your phone.
