Hey Andrei. Thanks for watching. You have complete freedom to unstake your coins after those 180 days. If you do decide to unstake, you can keep the card, but you will lose access to its 3% cashback, interest, and other perks. On the other hand, you can keep your coins staked for as long as you like to continue earning the cashback, interest, and other perks 👍
Aw man, I had a big spend-a-thon when I got my ruby card, earning 2%. Then CRO went from 10p to 13p and has maintained since, so I earned more than 2% cashback in fiat terms. It can go the other way too I appreciate.

Yes, you are correct. For the Netflix reward, they would reimburse your CRO wallet the equivalent value of $13.99 in CRO coin. So yes, if you were on a higher Netflix plan you would essentially be paying the difference.

And if yes, what happens if I get my card and then the market sees a dip so my portfolio falls back below $4k? It's a bit confusing since they changed the requirements to fiat value rather CRO units.
Yes you can be grandfathered into the next tier. (When it hits $4,000 you’ll likely want to message support and request an upgrade.) You won’t lose the benefits regardless of the fiat value, unless you unstake.
Not long at all. I don't remember exactly, but I'd say it took maybe a little over a week's time. Maybe a week and a half. Definitely arrived much sooner than debit cards from other investing apps I use 👍

If you have the ruby steel can you just keep using that same card even after upgrading tier level? Say you like the ruby red color and not the green or indigo colors but you want the benefits from that tier can you get the benefits without getting the cards and just keep using the ruby steel?
Hey Jonathan. I don't think you can do that. The moment you activate your new card your old card becomes deactivated (for security purposes). I just checked my two cards and I can confirm that the card numbers are different. You can keep your old card for your crypto collection, but that's about it haha.

No, I don't think you can. If you upgrade to the next tier they would automatically send you a new card for that tier. I'm not 100% sure though. Before you upgrade you could always ask their customer support if keeping the old card with the new perks is an option. I would say it's not likely, but you never know what they might say.
Customer support told me that I can still use my old cards and that the reward level is something that's calculated by the app, not the cards. I've not checked it but the reason I asked is because it takes a long time to actually receive the card.

Just setup a monthly standing order from your bank account. Then transfer the money in your app from your fiat to your card, it takes 5 seconds and you only do it once a month. It's such a minor inconvenience for the benefits you get.

Mine took about two days to switch from pending to issued, two weeks exactly to switch from issued to shipped and 8 days to arrive after that.

i have been waiting for six months and is still not arrived and you cant do anything about it they don't even answer if you complain
I waited around 2 months for my ruby card. But you can use it online before it arrives just cant use it in shops till the physical one arrives
