Bhai 3 years ka diploma DAE equivalent hota hai inter ke yani 12 years education count hoga better hai ke ap 2 semester uni se karo ya studienkolleg karlo yaha ake or age limit doesn't matter
Sir agr ap first year uni pakistan ma parh ka a rahai haa tu phir apka fsc ka base pa admission hoga yaa gpa 2 samester ka daikha jai gaa

Where are you originally from?
Umair bhai I am doing DAE in Mechanical Technolgy.Its a 3 year program (10+3). Planning Next year to come Germany for Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. Should I have to Studienkolleg and Suggest Public University without Uni assist because I have heard they don't consider diploma student eligible.
Diploma is equivalent to intermediate education 12 years of study. Watch my bachelor in Germany video
That rules applies to you since your DAE is equivalent to FSC

Bro I have done BS electrical engineering with 3.02 cgpa. Are there any chances to get admission in big cities like Berlin and Munich or should I apply for average size cities.
Cgpa is less for big cities, focus more on other cities
I want to take admission in winter 2023. Should I apply now for an appointment in German Embassy Islamabad or wait more and apply in Oct-Nov.(Assuming the waiting period is about 6 months) What do you suggest? And thank you for your guidance.

Work permit is the permission to take a job
Normally, When you get student visa, it's already there. You don't need to apply separately

Can i apply without degree i have just transcript?
Normally Universities allow you to apply on basis of transcript but on the day of embassy interview you must show attested degree and transcript
