এদেশে সরকারি চাকরিজীবীদের ১০০% এর ভিতরে ৯৫% ই বেতন আর পেনশনের লোভে চাকরি করে। কেউ সেবা দেওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে চাকরি করে না। সেবা দেওয়ার মানসিকতা এদেশের সরকারি চাকরিজীবীদের নেই। যার কারণে বিভিন্ন অনিয়ম দুর্নীতি সরকারি খাতে আমরা দেখতে পাই।
আমি শুধু একটা খাত বা শ্রেণীর কথা বলবো, যে খাতে সুষ্ঠুভাবে ও কঠোরভাবে তদন্ত করলে দেশের ৭০% থেকে ৮০% দূর্নীতি কমে যাবে। আর সেই খাতটা বা শ্রেণীটা হচ্ছে :- "সকল সরকারী উচ্চপদস্থ, নিন্মপদস্থ কর্মকর্তা কর্মচারী"। যাষ্ট এই খাতে কঠোর তদন্ত করে কঠিন বিচার করেন, দেশের ৭০% থেকে ৮০% দূর্নীতি কমে যাবে।
আসলে এদেশে কেউ মানুষ হবার জন্য লেখাপড়া করে না, এদেশে মানুষ লেখাপড়া করে টাকার জন্য। যার কারণে দেশে এত অন্যায়, দূর্নীতি, অনিয়ম!!
ভাই বিশ্বাস করেন, এই বিষয়ে এই প্রথম কাউকে একদম সঠিক এবং আসল একটা কথা বলতে দেখলাম। ধন্যবাদ

ড্রেনে আরও ময়লা ফেলে সব বন্ধ করে দাও এবং শেখ বিরুদ্ধে প্রচার চালাও , তাহলে রাজপথে আন্দোলন করা লাগবে না। গু মুতে ডুবে সবারই পতন হয়ে যাবে !!!
এ বন্যা উন্নয়নের কোনো বিষয় না এখন বন্যা হচ্ছে বৈশ্বিক জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন। যেমন চিন জাপান নেপাল এমন কি মরুভূমির দেশেও এখন বন্যা হচ্ছে যেমন সৌদি দুবাই বিভিন্ন দেশে। তাছাড়া অপরিকল্পিত নগরায়ন তো আছেই।
ঢাকায় জলাবদ্ধতার মূল কারন উন্নয়ন মানে পকেট উন্নয়ন।
ভাই সেখানে পাঙ্গাস মাছ আর মাগুর মাছ চাষ করা যাবে
কারণ হচ্ছে বাজেট কম হয়েছে পাঁচ হাজার কোটি টাকা করে দেয় ও তো হবে না ১৫-২০ হাজার কোটি টাকা করে দিলে একটু বাজারটা ভালো পোশাই যারা দায়িত্ব থাকে
দায় কতটা মানে কি???!!!!!!!
