I love the fact they neither of them could lie to save their lives, another reason they’re perfect for each other
No other sitcom has produced such a loving and mutually respectful couple ever. Both of them support each others careers and above all is always there for each other, which is often not the case in other relationships.

At 9:49 to those who do not know behind Leslie and Ben is Michael Schur. The co-creator and writer of both The Office, Parks and Recreation and The Good Place. He also co-created B99 and the new series Rutherford Falls. I just love the guy’s sense of humor and the way he tells stories. Truly a magnificent man.
And more importantly: He's MOSE

Jim and Pam was a very childish relationship. They fell in love mainly over their mutual love of pranking Dwight. Leslie and Ben is a very mature and yet very sweet relationship. I usually hate the "enemies to lovers" trope but in this case it works because even though they were enemies to begin with, their personalities and their likes and interests really made it believable.
Honestly Jim & Pam weren't that great of relationship if you look at it in retrospect. They were pretty toxic actually. Ben and Leslie on the other hand are on a whole another level of healthy and adorable.b
@@obsessivefangirl5055 Jim and Pam were kind of realistic. Also in Office, the documentary crew followed both of them 24/7 so naturally they captured some low points of their life.
However, Jim and Pam are more mutually respectful than you probably remember. Don't forget that Jim encouraged Pam to pursue art school and gave up his dream of Athlead for her.
And she gave up her dream of art school to be with Jim too.
@@hittingyouoverthehead yeah no I do think some aspects of their relationship were pretty realistic. But there were definitely points where they didn't respect each other. Also I don't think it was healthy for her to give up her dream of art school to be with him. A healthy relationship should not make you give up your career goals or other dreams. But mainly there are other major reasons why I don't think jim and pam were a very healthy couple overall. They especially pale in comparison to Ben and Leslie.

Hats off to the writers & the amazing chemistry between Amy & Adam. They made Ben & Leslie the most realistic tv couple I've ever seen.

I love watching their moments of romance) Love confession is one if my favorites - they aren't just said it to each other, their feelings were documented in public record. Both Leslie and Ben let anybody know how they feel, and it's beautifully romantic 🥰
5:52 I love that smile, Amy really conveys this look that she's happy with a sense of accomplishment and that this is exactly where she wants to be. I don't know how much was intentional but really great acting.

I’m gonna get a ton of hate from this but Ben and Leslie always made me uncomfortable, ik they’re an extremely good couple who brings out the good in each of them but they make me incredibly uncomfortable and I don’t know why
Well, that's alright mate. Probably when you get a good look at the bigger picture, and maybe look at the wrecked relationships around you, you'll start to adore them. Give it time, my friend.

@@hrishikeshmanohar5329 eh they're an ok couple. But the thing that I hate the most is that Pam didn't even support Jim's actual dream with his sports business. But the thing that makes me not like them as much is that they're not very good people.
But the best couple I've seen is Jeff and Annie from Community. They have a big age and that might turn people off but watching Jeff and Annie shows us that age doesn't really matter. What I like about Jeff and Annie is that they completely balance each other out, they compliment each other so well, their strengths, weaknesses and qualities fits into each other and they make each other strive to be better people.
