Been reading Peter Attia's book and have really started doing more high intensity cardio as well as low intensity steady state. It's something I find you ease into or else you get discouraged. Glad to see you guys try different things!
I recently tried class pass and enjoyed it! Loved the versatility it provided. I decided not to go with the membership due to the lack of studios near me. But I decided to just get a membership at f45 and I love it! I used to do traditional strength training at the gym and it’s a nice change of pace. And they have different workouts daily and certain days for cardio and strength. I’ve also tried spenga and did not like it 😂. Loved the green zone thing on the tv but just did not vibe with the spin class and strength part. It all seemed very basic and like stuff I could do at home, especially because I have a bike and weights at home.
Yall are actually the best, I’ve been watching you for a while thru hs and college & u guys consistently win as my comfort TH-camrs
I like a gym where there is nobody there to yell and/or scream at you. It’s nice to have a gym where you can go at your own pace.

spenga is my fav! the bike part gets easier the more you go. and yes, the format of the strength and yoga changes each day!
