He’s a proven coordinator..If u want another 4 years with the old staff in place and are happy with failed 1st rd drafts, the close games, dink and dunk offense and a defense that can’t get off the field…hate all u want. I’m pleased with the hire.

Honestly I have the feeling we are moving the right direction! A smart coach will build with what they have and boy the Raiders have a lot of great players! The draft/ free agency is coming and can't wait to see who we add to this awsome team! I also believe that the Raiders brought in a good coaching team to help elevate Derek Carr instead of getting rid of him much like the Lions team with Stafford. The Raiders are making a push and a little big of luck and we are big time contenders! RN4L!!
