Ingredients:
3 Large size Milk fish (Bangus)
2 tbsp of Pepper corn
12 pcs Bay leaves (laurel leaves),
10 pcs Chilli
1 cup pickled Cucumber
2 pcs Medium Carrots (sliced),
3 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp White Vinegar,
2 tbsp Soy Sauce + 1 tbsp Oyster sauce (mix)
1 cup water
