When you mark the shaft and assembly on the rack, what part of the U-joint coming from the steering shaft is supposed to line up with that?
What lift is that you are using to lift the whole RZR?
Why loosen the differential bolts?

You say in the video, "the customer decided not to have the steering stops installed" Why would you decide to install them or not?
Steering stops will make your turning radius decrease by a little, but the reason for them is to prevent breaking your axles when you have the machine fully turned one way or the other.
When installing portals will you lose turning radius?
Yal should mention yal dont supply castle nuts anymore they are nylon lock nuts
Why take out diff bolts?
Anyone figure that out?
Removing the bolts allows for more clearance to get the rack installed.
Centering the racks 48 what!?
Is this the same process for a 2014 RZR 900?
Not 100% the same, but the same general steps.

I personally found that removing the diff bolts allowed the diff some freedom of movement which made it a little easer to remove and reinstall the R&P.
