Thank you Mike, when i go to my field to play there rule is that i have to use there paint and i dont know how many times this has happened to me, i found out that if you use a second towle it can save paint if you dont have steady hands.
thx mike i am so glad i saw this cuz i just bought 2 cases of paint and there were 2 broken balls in 1 of the bags and now its clean!!!! thx mike u rock!!
360 qevs increase airflow which increases your rate of fire and prevents grease from getting in your banjo fittings. instead it shoots it into the trigger frame. 360 qevs are they only qevs that swivel. a great upgrade for your ion.
and once and a while check to see if the paper is saturated and if so just replace it to continue your cleaning. hope this helps and is more efficient for all of you
to add to your video on cleaning a bag broken paint balls my method is to get two bowls tht are the same and put a paper towel in each bowl (it is better to have them clear) on than to fill one bowl with paint balls fowling with the other bowl with the paper towel in it on top of the other bowl. once you have them together hold them tight and in a way they wont slip and paint will leave the bowls then start to shake or role the balls around in your bowls this remove and paint tht is on them
omg this was the first of your videos i watched when i startedf playing paintball since then your advice has guided me lol you are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
haha this worked for me this weekend i had to buy a box of crappy paint at my field and three of the bags had broken balls and this worked like a champ
@haloreach7 Yes I do agree with you, my brother won a really nice electric M16 from a raffle the first time he went airsofting. That thing is very cool, full sized, not quite as heavy but still weighs a good bit (I like the weight being close to real, even if it is a disadvantage.) Also I enjoy the weight of BBs not being crazy and not loud either, and it can be very fun when people are honest. Although, I think a couple of big pros on airsoft is marking people that got hit, and pain (masochist)
same here like last game i ran outa paitn and we wear playing again in 2 hours we wear on a break and i didnt have alot of cash and i went and bought 2 box's of monsterballs and we put box fans on them in a tote and boom awsome job
also if u dont have breaks already u can ur bag of paint and rap a towel around it so that why if something hits it theres something to take some of the impact away
I do what you do, but a little different,I take a small group and use the better portion of the towel,I feel doing it in a large group wont get the balls clean completely.
yeah they are good paint but takes about 5 day to prep them we even have a paintball van for are woods ball games and we have a HUGE wood box that lines teh back of half the van and we have new towls in it and we do this
Usually transport and such. If you keep your paint in a separate box away from all your other gear you should be good. But sometimes you get a ball that is brittle and trust me. It's a pain
im not a paintball pro but isnt it bad to keep broken paintballs with the new balls for to long? i heard the paint free flowing around the bag makes the perfect balls soft and is more likely to break more!!!
Man Mike how did you ever survive back in the day. When brasseagle paint was 200 a case. And barrel brakes were so common they tried makeing barrels that would shoot threw them. (the ramrod) I think that might of even been why Sp introduced the tear drop porting.
Maybe you shouldnt have put too much pressure? 8P Imo its a great idea, i actually came up with the towel idea myself and use it every time i have broken paint. The bag is also a good idea, but i would put a towel or something underneath all the balls, to absorb any excess oil throughout the day as they sit in the bag.
The field I go to requires you to use their paint which they charge $80 a case and it is horrible GI Sportz paint that is dimpled and has horrible massive seems.
its a blag when your out in a game and some one shoots your pod pack bursts one or two in each pod . it hapend to me and as i went in for the next game , and i needet to reload it was to late my hopper was coverd inside and i new i was out because i had to clean out evetthing hopper, gun, and pods. so when you get shot in the battel pac its worth cheking your pods before the next game .
Stingers are nice (harder to break but man do they hurt)(hence the name stinger)... Diablo Heats are amazing (also hurt much more)(hence the name heat) ever try tippmann's own line of paint? its amazingly thick and vibrant
Lol I just my first box of paint. From walmart though haha but I'm just a backyard plinker so quality didn't mater but there were three broken ones and I did exactly this haha it was fun:)... And now I found the vid on how
i have a question, i had leaned my gun and it fell over and the paint balls fell out it was maybe a 2 foot drop on to dirt, but would that be enough of a drop to ruin a paint ball
@haloreach7 do you mind explaining why this is for kids versus airsoft? I'm curious because paintballers say the same about airsofters, however I believe they are equally fun, maybe airsoft a little less because people like to cheat more because it's entirely on the honor system and unless they are bleeding, impossible to prove they were hit.
I really like your videos but just my input I never throw away a bag of paint. I clean it up as much as I can and throw out the popped ones but it costs a pretty decent amount of money for paint so it's a waste to throw away. Also I agree that it's not worth the time to clean up the equipment
Why does the two bottom bags of paintballs in my case are all dimpled because the bottom of the box gives them a flat dent. Is this normal or should i buy different paintballs.
i went paintballin a few weeks ago and i still have a huge hole in my back from getting bunkerd and i have played both and paintballs sting is a million times worse than the sting u get in airsoft
I woul'd never play paintball again, it's a fun sport(thingy) for ppl who are 14-18., but atleast in norway, you have to be 18 to start playing airsoft. and airsoft is more like a live role playing game. It dusn't matter if you "win" or "lose" if you don't wanna take hits, you can do that in paintball to, "wiping" I love the everything of airsoft. What i love the most is that ppl is mature, that is not my experiance within paintball.
idk y being picky with paint is important because i used broken paint and it did not really affect my accuracy that much jus shoot a couple of times and it will be alright
@zace2k9 The outside of a paint ball is gelatin. they get mushy if they get wet. shooting mushy paint will completely mess up your gun because you will break every ball. Water+ paint balls = big NO NO!
if you keep the bag inside out, the paint that is still greasy and all over every ball, will lube up ur gun with paint when u shoot that bag through ur marker... i would suggest keeping a towel in the bottom, that way that oil will soak up over the time your playing, and you wind up not shooting greasy ass paintballs
what i do is if im at a field with out a towel i take my paint box, line it with paper towels, then put paintballs in then take more paper towels and rub it around till its dry
i would have just opened a corner of the bag enuf to put on to a tap or faucet and ran water through he bag for 1 minute and let i drain out a small hole at the opposite end and then poured it onto a towel and rolled it around to dry it a bit and picked the cranberries out lol why rub off paint when water is easier?
i love how he has care for everything u can tell he has been doing this a while
yes they should check
they recieve a credit from the distributor for any broken paint
Thank you Mike, when i go to my field to play there rule is that i have to use there paint and i dont know how many times this has happened to me, i found out that if you use a second towle it can save paint if you dont have steady hands.
this really help me when i had a broken paint ball and your video saved my hopper and gun! thx so much!
Thanks! I never thought of doing that. It makes a helluva lotta sense.
thx mike i am so glad i saw this cuz i just bought 2 cases of paint and there were 2 broken balls in 1 of the bags and now its clean!!!! thx mike u rock!!

I learned something thanks techpb!
sounds like a good business!
@ladysman116 they absorb the water and get REALLY squishy, but if you let them dry they get nearly as hard as new
i did that before and it worked great!
Nice video. Good thinking Mike!
GREAT vid, Mike!
oil can act just like paint in the barrel
if there is excess oil, skip the bag
haha this worked for me this weekend i had to buy a box of crappy paint at my field and three of the bags had broken balls and this worked like a champ
yeah i get those paintballs at my field there just in a different bag love those paintballs very nice got a bag right next to me :)
awesome vid just goes to show how simple things are if you just take a minute and think about it very cool vid tecpb rocks
thanks a lot mike. i had a bunch of old broken paint sittin around. i was about to throw it away when i saw your video. thanks

youve got a crazy amount of viewers, i went away for a few minutes and when i looked at the comments there were six or seven new posts
same here like last game i ran outa paitn and we wear playing again in 2 hours we wear on a break and i didnt have alot of cash and i went and bought 2 box's of monsterballs and we put box fans on them in a tote and boom awsome job

I FRICKEN LOVE THIS SPORT
love that shirt mike i'm goin to the website to get that one
yeah they are good paint but takes about 5 day to prep them we even have a paintball van for are woods ball games and we have a HUGE wood box that lines teh back of half the van and we have new towls in it and we do this
i cant watch this vid without wanting mike to just start smashing the paintballs on the towel
Actually I used them a couple days ago and they shot like new. The field I went to allows it as long as it's bought from them.
Usually transport and such. If you keep your paint in a separate box away from all your other gear you should be good. But sometimes you get a ball that is brittle and trust me. It's a pain

I bought a case of empire paintballs 3 months ago. I plan on using them next week are they still good?
Maybe you shouldnt have put too much pressure? 8P

+MisterAxeMan ya same
+MisterAxeMan thats not right
+MisterAxeMan same
+MisterAxeMan wow, that sounds horrible, where i go they sell some good paint for like $5 a bag, i think. I know its pretty cheap though.

What paintballs are better? Premium, Evil,Diablo, Marballizer, Maxim, or Stinger
number them 1-6
Lol I just my first box of paint. From walmart though haha but I'm just a backyard plinker so quality didn't mater but there were three broken ones and I did exactly this haha it was fun:)... And now I found the vid on how
@MitchellBiskup its rare, they only come broken if the box falls or something--'
If you watched the video you would know that is to prevent the oil and paint on the "inside" of the bag from contaminating the other paintballs.
i have a question, i had leaned my gun and it fell over and the paint balls fell out it was maybe a 2 foot drop on to dirt, but would that be enough of a drop to ruin a paint ball

It depends on what temperature the room where you kept them was.
the field I go to requires field paint
me too
Me to I go to Hollywood sports
anthony chavez Me to I also go to sc viper
+captin obvious +noah zane you guys have same profile picture?
i would go scrazy lookin at all of the paintballs juste for demented ones
visible impact is alright, or origin, actually visibla impact is about $38 and its xball certfied
hahahahaha this reminds me of back in the old days spending evenings cleaning up scoop paint
what kind of paintballs do you reccomend getting
I buy broken bags of paint for $5 at my local shop, and this has always been how I cleaned them. Using a towel ftmfw.
I learned that lesson too! Paintballs + Water= no go
lol that shirt is amazing!!!
right after you buy them open them, if they have broken paintballs in them just ask if you can trade them for a new box.
@RaneEarendur draxxus work's very good in heat
how much paint would you recommend buying at a time? 100? 1000? 10,000?
Love the shirt.

do you want your paint to be completely dry of a lil oily
would this work for old moist (from humidity) paintballs?
@kingraider7 no you just rotate it every once in a while
thanks that is helpfull i always get jams
the best thing u can do is find out which paint is made the closest to u and buy it
idk y being picky with paint is important because i used broken paint and it did not really affect my accuracy that much jus shoot a couple of times and it will be alright
yea my local paintball store won't let me leave until they open and inspect the paintball case I just got
I have always thought that the paintballs are reallly delicate and pop when you squeeze them at little pressure
It might, but usually you will just jam a lot
The mysteries of youtube suggestions xD
@zace2k9 The outside of a paint ball is gelatin. they get mushy if they get wet. shooting mushy paint will completely mess up your gun because you will break every ball. Water+ paint balls = big NO NO!

hey where did u buy the paintball from???????
Ur awsome dude. Love all your vids
Origin Basic Training? Thats the main rec paint at my field. Its pretty decent to.
what i do is if im at a field with out a towel i take my paint box, line it with paper towels, then put paintballs in then take more paper towels and rub it around till its dry
hard to believe this was 4 years ago
lol i have that paintball brand right now i always clean all paint at home before going to field
not a lot of people are... anyway it really dosent matter too much, you just gotta walk back to the respawn point
hey mike where did you get that shirt
how good r the impact paint balls?
whats a good paint that will break on the body for $42-$50 other than evil and dxs
for open play i use heat =] but for practices and tournaments i use xball silver
@inspectyerbooty yeah water makes the paintballs soft and stuff and they aren't cranberries
i would have just opened a corner of the bag enuf to put on to a tap or faucet and ran water through he bag for 1 minute and let i drain out a small hole at the opposite end and then poured it onto a towel and rolled it around to dry it a bit and picked the cranberries out lol why rub off paint when water is easier?
same at my field
its origin for sure, if you look closely at the bag you can read origin on the other side
i had to do this many of times at the my paintball feild
DUDE mike is one of the most respected paintballers dont like it WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU WATCHING IT
dude people who paintball are like
omyglob
i got paint in my gun
this is the way i did my paint a while back
thanks so much
i have been playing airsoft for 3 years, i played xball once, and it was the funniest thing ever
what kind of paintballs should i use?
i wouldnt shoot those if they got wet because they usually get bigger and might jam
i have a huge bucket of balls and they are all very oily. what do i do with them
Do you ever notice clear fluid in the paint bag? Someone at the field told me it was ball grease and not a big deal, but I'm thinkin he's wrong...
