That's great you can make some easy money where your doing those lawns. Lol it made me laugh with that lawn that has nothing on it. I'm used to cutting down lawns that have a minimum of 8" thick grass. This week I cut down a quarter acre with 4 foot tall grass and last week I did another one similar to that.
For sure small lawns are easy, this lawn is non irrigated, non fertilized and had no water in a month, but what it rains that crab grass and other weeds will grow. I get paid I'm happy
