Hey Samy! I watch all of your videos about Da nang and they have really inspired me! I am planning to move to Da nang in 1 year with my husband and two kids (9 and 12). I would love to see some options for families with monthly rates under 700$. A few specifically that would be nice to see would be Ruby Star (family suite) and Beach Hotel by Raon (family suite with balcony). I see alot of content online for individuals or couples but not much content to accomodate families. It would really help me get a better idea of what my options are.
Hi Sammy. Please review a one to two bedroom fully furnished luxury apartment with gym, swimming pool, and sauna if available. I’m planning to move to Da Nang soon. Price range $800-$1200. Must have either the Han River view or Ocean view. Thank you so much. Have a wonderful day!
You asked for suggestions for apartments you can showcase: It would be great to see some apartments in the Muong Thanh building as there are always some for rent and quite a few people - including myself - are interested in the building. The apartments have quite different prices and I wonder if there are significant quality differences or just different income expectations of the landlords...
Samy thanks for the content... try doing apartments in the SonTra area... not many people have done any on that side... I know its not like An Thoung, but nice for people to see the contrast or the similarities.. just an idea.. and show that there are local foods in the area... again I know there is not much Western restaurants but it might be interesting for the contrast. Great Content as usual - Thanks
Samy, u seems to adapted to the Vietnamese Pallet. Have u tasted Mam Trung before? A rare speciality 😋 super funky, eaten with rice. I think u will love it!!! Is meat loaf made of ground pork, minced garlic, minced shallots, sugar, minced mud fish, MSG, and egg whites. The minced mud gish makes the dish funky 😋😋😋 I swear, if u can find it and make a video, i will be a member of channel for the rest of 2025 🙏
Overpriced for the quality of life factor in an arguably 3rd / 2nd tier city in Asia. But as long as there are passport bros to continue to pay, the bubble persists.
Hey Sammy just watched your video on cicilia hotel and was hoping you could recommend somewhere as good as cicilia (in or around my an area) but with a better gym? Thanks in advance
Hey Sammy, my wife and I just arrived in Danang for the next couple weeks. Can you recommend an area for us to go to stay in so that we can just walk around drink some great coffee eat great food
Hi Samy we are looking for a place for next , mid January or February, for 1 month our budget is around 1200 $ Canadian.. in an thoung area 2 br. With pool and balcony...
hsuites riverside 2 bdrm same view with a massive balcony and greener. 23M new building and a pool on same floor. this guy's place is too expensive for an older building
That's the same price like in Sweden for this size but I prefer staying in hotel. I don't need kitchen, there is no reason to have a kitchen, why cook when food is so cheap there? Hotel may be much smaller but we were seldom indoor there. ❤️❤️❤️
WOW, what a fantastic view from the 28th floor!
Great video boys !!
See ya next month.
Cheers
See you next month bro🙏
Modern and Nice location 😊 thanks Sammy

Oki 🙏 let’s see if they are some agents who wanna show the apartments
Wold be cool to see the highest end luxary apartments they offer. Could contrast with the cheapest too.
Good idea🙏
Awesome review ❤

I will find it !! Hold my beer
$1200.00 per month I’m not feeling it.
rip off for old building. the bedroom is so plain. balcony is terrible. you can get swinging chairs and massive plants that hide your balcony.
@@ktowniecity7269 agreed I was trying to be nice. But since you started this is the worst three bedroom I’ve seen in Asia.

@@AnthonyRosas The dude isnt even a passport bro, you guys are all just cheapskates and probably live in a 400 dollar shoebox, if that. Stay broke,
Typical cheapskate comment.
Hey Sammy just watched your video on cicilia hotel and was hoping you could recommend somewhere as good as cicilia (in or around my an area) but with a better gym? Thanks in advance
Hmm gyms are not that easy with those smaller hotels
@socialsamy hi, I understand what you are saying, just noticed your post on the rosamia hotel, I'll give that a watch later. Thanks for the reply 👍

Hey Samy, I'm an Italian living in North Australia for 20yrs . Are you around for a beer or coffee ?Planning to come there for a week
I will be around after January 20 again 🙏
All of that for only $1,200 a month, wow!
$1200. USD per month is way too much. It's West facing for a start. so all summer would be like living on the sun. I'd move too!
You have no idea what you are talking about and you are broke or a cheapskate.
Yeah kind of agree... been living in vietnam for a few years now and he did do some nice remodeling but 12 is too much.
Do they also have 1 bedroom in the building?
I think yes that’s what David he said
I’ll be living there in a few weeks . First stop Ho Chi Minh for a 2 weeks then da nag nang for a year lol
Awesome the weather just went better these days 🙏

You are a cheapskate and have no idea what you are talking about. Stay broke, forever.
You can get a lot better value for the money
