    I wish I had Dr mcgill training me im going into 3rd year of back pain and symptoms down my legs and feets currents and ants crawling 😢

      @Maunel Schmidt I had severe rls had an mri done that showed mild disc bulges of L4L5 L5S1 but I had no discogenic pain back then a couple years later I felt current down my left leg that was random but I went to an orthopedic he suggested I do the superman's mackenzie style and planks every thing just went to hell after this I developed facet pain now the current started in the other thigh too had to quit my job can't sit felt like all the facets were jamming and current down the thigh was horrible being an accountant playing with spread sheet I couldn't keep this up, started seeing a chiro thing went well at first like very well but then injured what seemed like my si joint
      Now my case is very weird I was extension intolerant back then now the flexion causes symptoms under my feet
      Plus back then mate current was only in my upper lateral thigh now its in my tibial muscles feet and a feet like strings yanked behind my knees and legs
      Its a very long story and very had to explain to therapist because if a movement help 1 of my issues it exacerbates the other issue
