Ezekiel 16 A Call To Return to God

Chapter 16 of the book of Ezekiel must be understood in its context.
This prophecy was given around 593 BC, during the first deportation of the people of Judah to Babylon by King Nebuchadnezzar. Ezekiel had been deported to Babylon with the first wave of exiles in 597 BC. He prophesied among his fellow captive Jews for over 20 years, announcing God’s judgment on Jerusalem but also its future restoration.
Ezekiel uses shocking imagery in chapter 16 to convey God's grief and anger over Jerusalem’s unfaithfulness. Let’s examine the historical context behind this prophecy:

Eeeh this is so deep than I thought it would mean, God is so so much good and His steadfast Love endures forever, Am amazed and inspired with How God used the metaphor of Faithless Bride to cal out the Israelites to Repentance 😢
