But Mr Herzog is a man I can respect even if I do believe in the death penalty. Because I don't believe in it as it currently exists here. I think we need it but I think it needs to change. I think Mr hearzog is a very honorable man that believes in what he believes in advocates for it. He is an honest straight shooter and I can respect that whether or not I agree with him all the time he's someone I can respect all the time.
if i'm not mistaken he actually said "la perseverancia es don de los dioses", which in english means "perseverance is a gift of gods". I prefer his version anyway.
A film maker that's sees the world around him and passes it on to the viewer. Not a filmmake that just spends his time behind the lens missing every by being caught up in grabbing the perfect shot or screen.
