My two favorite teams
I don't understand why they keep using c9 as being a new roster as an excuse.... Faze are in the exact same position, and they still slaughtered c9. Theres more issues with c9 than just a new roster.
Because it's not as simple as getting two players out and two players in. Roles are changing within the team with Tarik taking the IGL role over Stewie in a team he just joined. They have a lot more stuff to adjust in how the team functions compared to FaZe.

Give him some time to prove himself first before saying he's not capable, he did not really have the opportunity to show what he could do with this roster yet. They couldn't prepare decently before that tournament, not enough time. And without that proper structure they got in the semi-finals, that's actually pretty good so the team do have potential.

c9 seems so soulless now. While they have great players from a mechanical perspective, they don't have the same synergy that existed between seangares,n0thing,freak and shroudie.

Tarik is actually a really good IGL he has really good gamesense. This game all came down to individual skill. olof, rain and niko were all topfraggers in their respective teams. Guardian was the best awper for a long time and karrigan is the best IGL. Put all those together and what is any team going to do? C9 got to semis, can't blame tarik for losing against Faze
As good as stewie is in terms of game sense and tactical brain,giving him the IGL role results in huge lack of firepower for cloud9. You saw it in the previous lineup where stewie can have great highlight rounds here and then struggles. They need someone like Sean Gares to IGL

i really dont like olofmeister after i saw some of his yt videos. Anyway C9 didnt have a chance, they still have to become more of a team. And even then i dont know if they will do super well. They got destroyed by SK and Faze. Mostly because they have half-assed teamplays. Maybe in time this will change, maybe they just need a new leader. (or new players)
