      If you look at history of Indian parliament, coalition govts are mostly formed in both centre and states, except certain circumstances. The coalition govts have to consider desires of all coalition partners.
      Further, even if govt has majority (like the present BJP govt), the govt has to satisfy aspirations of other pol. Parties before making a law.

    In India every Chief minister should follow Prime Minister orders.Is this same applicable to presidential form of goverment like america or not?please clear this doubt bro

      Don't confuse CM/Governor and PM/President relationship with States/Centre relationship.
      In Federal Countries like USA and India, there are state/provincial govts apart from the Central govt. The CM/Governors have their own independent authority, except in certain matters. Generally, Union/central govt has control over defence, external affairs, financial distribution etc. The level of independence of states varies between various federal countries.

      Already many youtubers are using Modi-Trump thumbnails to sensationalise issues. That's why I used Singh-Obama pic.

    This is wrong pres can't nominate secrt with out concern with senate and also he can't create laws without support of parlmnt ,what ever it is checks and balance is available in both system

    • @JohnVictorIASteacher
      @JohnVictorIASteacher  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your comment.
      Nothing has been told wrongly in the video. In US, Laws are framed by Congress only. I only mentioned about the lack of accountability of the US prez in important areas.
      Regarding appointment- The main executive head, US Prez is in charge of appointments. This is what I explained. But, US prez needs confirmation of senate for important secretary level posts. But some important executive appointments which have powers equal to secretary can be done by Prez himself. Recently, Mr Trump did the same.
      Even though checks and balances exists in US prez system, they are much less compared to the Indian Parliamentary system.
      Hope this clarifies.
