Thanks for watching and commenting! In the past few months I've heard so many people visit Tirana and Albania and rave about it, so I decided to see it for myself. I found Tirana to be interesting, charming and livable. The variety of modern architecture was surprising. You can tell they are wanting the city to be a modern, eclectic place that is quite different from other European capital cities. It's definitely a city moving in the right direction. The 12-month visa for Americans visiting Albania is also very appealing. I absolutely want to go back and see more of the country. Now I'm starting to hear about more and more Americans who are living there and loving it, like yourself. After visiting for myself, I totally understand why. It's an underrated, hidden gem!
