yes it's a goniometer. Your hospital will for sure be having some. If it's for personal use or for learning purposes i'm sure you can find it easily on amazon
My ortho said i had a 69° cobbs using computer measurement and surgery was the only option. But i refused surgery. I got a 2nd opinion using same xray and was advised PT. The PT used a goniometer said i only had 38° cobbs. Who do i believe? Mental and emotional torture for me.
