"the scene where you're not quite sure who that is" is he bloody serious? it cuts from a closeup of clarks face to a shot of a curly haired big white guy on a bike. thatrs as stupid as snyder saying the bamtan tactical armour is unpowered, meaning batman is carrying it around and his strength alone is what allowed him to swing superman around on the end of a rope. snyyder is a complete idiot.

The movie is a masterpiece, I have it on Blu ray. Every time I feel bad because of humanity I watch it. Now I understand why people ask Henry for a second MoS, his dedication, the whole dedication of everyone was outstanding.
The scene in the beginning is so beautiful, it's cool to see how Snyder shot it. I love this movie and consider it to be the best Superman origin story put on screen, for the same reasons Zack talked about at the end of the video.

This is probably one of my favorite scenes in the movie....young Clark being watched over by his father... it is very touching. Watching these behind the scenes now (2021) it's kind of bittersweet. One one hand, it's great to see them having such a great time filming this movie... yet at the same time, you know neither Henry nor Zack have any idea of the long battle that's ahead of them...all the BS that's going to come their way... that is still going to this day even after the Snyder Cut has been released.

Zack didn't GIVE us a character with just one film, he BUILT it for us, that's why he needs some movie to create a perfect character for us all. we are get used to MCU, where a character born with just one film (that's okay, though), so Snyder and DC want to make a different kind of universe right here. they build the character through the movies . .. so, just enjoy his works and be patient
J'onn J'onzz marvel doesn’t even build there characters sometimes. Especially for captain America,he’s literally the same in every movie and he never even has any flaws or problems. Honestly the reason he is the most boring avenger
so they didnt build this character they wanted to do that over time and so then they kill him in the next movie. get real. snyder just sucks at character devlopment. he sucks at everything except sometimes creating cool visuals but usualy creates visuals that make no sense.

Kal needed to die in order for his character to be sort of reborn. It needed to happen, also because of other reasons. But I do agree with other people that they should’ve waited a bit for Kal to die.

There was a scene of Clark being held as a baby by Martha and Jonathan. It sucks that it ended up being cut ! But despite that, I LOVE Man of Steel and Snyder really handed the superman story well!

This is the 1st Superman movie where Lois Lane is smart & believable. Like, an award-winning reporter but can't figure out who's who is just unbelievable. This Lois can & she did her job well. She found out who Superman is & what his root is in 1 movie.

Just want to take this moment to appreciate a true visionary who's love and passion brought me the masterpiece film that is "the Dark Knight" of the Superman mythos, "Man of Steel" and his other works in this amazing universe loved by millions. This one film (Man of Steel) changed everything about how I feel about Superman and what this character means to us. Due to such a huge change, it was often hated or been regarded as highly controversial due to this change to the Last Son of Krypton. I believe the changes where for the better in an effort to make Superman a more relatable figure in Society. Such a shame he was never allowed to finish his vision with Justice League due to WBs incompetence and interference. To Quote Martha Kent from 2015s Batman v Superman:
"People hate what they don't understand".
Zack and his work with the DC universe has always been called into question due to some of the decisions he made. But he, like all of us is a true fan, and I will forever be thankful for what he has done.
"That last scene could be the first scene of another movie, certainly."
Meanwhile we are still HOPING for Man of Steel 2.

Henry has been replaced by the TV Superman for a movie. New Lois also from the TV. I don't think we will see Henry Cavill in another Superman movie . They crossed over the Superman from ArrowVerse TV series. They went up & around Henry. They did a movie alll ready with TV Superman. I hear it looks good. I loved BvS but it wasn't the way to go it was either Wonder Woman, Man of Steel 2 based on birth right or a batman movie that then connects to Dawn of Justice but not doing the whole BvS thing but just the trinity coming together
What better way to introduce Lex Luthor then to have him trick Superman and Batman into fighting each other? Cause that's what BvS ultimately boils down to.
