These might be some reasons: 1. It might need maceration, keep it in your refrigerator for about a month or two, kindly note the fridge temp must be kept between 12 to 15 degree centigrade. 2. Spray it on your body, especially around the neck to get the whiffs for long (4-6 sprays), if you wear the perfume right after the shower it'll be beneficial. 3. It may be causing you olfactory fatigue sooner or making you anosmic, to test it out wear it around the neck nicely and like you said after an hour let some one check if the perfume still exists on you. Although, citrusy, aquatic, ozonic and perfume having cologne molecule fades quickly then other fragrance families but need not to worry, just check out all the steps above and write back. Note: This perfume is to be worn indoors such as offices, clinics etc, if your profession has travel, i suggest you look for a perfume from Escapade series- Mediterranean Grove or Country road as per your requirement (suggested you Skinn because they are pocket friendly and it's a niche brand at the same time).

Not only this perfume but every perfume which you buy, use them on your skin, because a perfume is molecular chemistry in a bottle, and perfume reacts with ur skin and evaporates(known as projection), you get good sillage(scent trail as you walk) too if you spray behind your neck always. Also some of the perfumes use excessively high concentrations of perfume oil which might leave stains and make your apparel redundant, so one line ans would be use them on skin only but, if you want to smell like a flower bouquet, apply them on clothes as well 😊. - Given skinn as a brand follows IFRA guidelines (i read and i know how it works) and reputed perfumers(those who they hire on contracts) know which chemicals are banned or may hurt the skin aren't included in the making , hence they are safe (but I'll appreciate and want you to use your own discretion, why I said so because they are chemicals and not naturals attars, but a piece of advice never go heavy with the no of sprays on you like some models show in advertisement, given most of the skinn perfumes are light and not densely formulated, 4 around the neck are good to go to create a decent scent bubble). Indeed a good perfume for summer mornings and for the office, continue to use it as this is by far good perfume across indian fragrance houses carrying a justified price making it an incredible VFM, learning notes and understanding will come with time, please don't worry, spend good time with fragrances around you, if you can grow floral plants or vines, gradually you'll develop and train your nose and olfactory.

I am using this perfume already sir. I loved its citrousy smell. But unluckily i am not a perfmer so i am not able to identify notes in it like u
