You need to see the rest of the saga:
Mommie wants to kill Mokey yelling "It's not Christmas!" because Mokey always annoyed her on Christmas.
Mokey became always more and more violent, as did Momie, and in the end scene of "The Christmas hope" Mommie steals the magic watch that Santa had given to Mokey.
Using this, Mommie travelled back in time, killing all the variations of Mokey, and then travelled to this Mokey to kill him too, as it was on the 24th and still wasn't Christmas (Mokey gets his motivation when it finally is Christma) .
In the end, by destroying the watch on Mommie, Mommie was destroyed too

If you haven't seen the other Mokey videos, I strongly recommend them, especially episodes The Sun, Thanksgiving and An Abnormal Halloween. They are best watched with subtitles, by the way.
Also, the watch that makes Minnie glitch out is from another Christmas special with Mokey in it called A Christmas Hope. It appears in most of the other episodes.
