Suppose I list out names of different "chat rooms" in the Repeating Group, and when I click a "chat room", I want to open it up showing all the chats only done by that particular room's member. Is it possible using this??
Thilak i have a problem , iam trying to send a list of data from one repeating group to another page, i do the right declaration to one key url. When atribute the key for one element like a list of users the content still imput. I dont know why...
If I want to edit an item on the destination page, after I have sent the data from the repeating group to it, how can I do that? Say, I misspelled something and I want to correct it?
Hi Thilak, thank you for your generous contribution to the Bubble community. I've added a text box to my repeating group that generates a random number. I was hoping to build: After user 1 evaluates user 2's credentials (say, from the repeating group) User 1 can simply click an approval button and permanently save that (hidden) random number to user 2 (allowing user 2 access to other feature in the app. Can this (or similar) be done without user 1 having to see or type the number into an input to save it? Thank you for any help. Jo
This isn't a right way. It's one of possible solutions. But best way to send the job a particular page is firstly set job the page's data type, secondly use data to send, don't use url parameters. This is the best for search engines.
I am so annoyed that you had what I was looking for and the naming of your video made it hard to say, I had to search for weeks to see this video. Nice content, I wonder why it took so long to find this video tho

Yup, it is possible. Just pass a particular room's Id as parameter using the same method I've shown you. Thanks

Hi Arthur, can you check by sending a sample data to the page first, and then see if you're able to be received from the other page.

Since the id has been passed to that page within the url, you can use that id to match to a particular record and make changes to that record

You can send the same way like how I sent the data to the other page
@@thilaks if the data is not in the repeating group....is this process applicable to that
