Emma could have simply changed looking right into Dawn's eyes when she said it and the unexpectedness made Dawn look down. In her good morning Australia interview for the Emma tribute, Dawn says Emma would make her break and they used those takes sometimes

Is this a new episode? I’ve seen all the seasons of the vicar of Dibley and don’t remember this scene at all, and am wondering why the vicar and Tinker look so much older. Did they reboot the series? Giving me something to look forward to seeing?
